Yes I have felt empty inside and I sort of still do once in a while. It's kinda weird because you keep asking yourself why do I feel this way? I was valedictorian of my class and I always had a lot of friends around, but I still felt empty inside. I would see all the couples around hugging and kissing and looking all happy and I would wonder why can't that happen to me? It seemed like an acceptable guy would never like me. I concentrated on studying harder because I felt that was all I had. I really wanted a boyfriend then I stopped thinking about it so much and I finally got one. Hope you find who/what you are looking for! Good Luck!

I've felt that way before, and there's a lot of different explanations for it, that "ok, things are great, but something's missing, it's just not quite RIGHT....what am I missing?" feeling.

My own personal experiences with this have led me to the conclusion that when I do feel that way, something in my life isn't where I had planned it. Like, for instance, I was slightly depressed for over a year, and couldn't place WHY....I just felt 'off' somehow. Well, we just bought a house (our first one) and the feeling of 'not quite right' is gone. I guess I had planned on having my own home before now or something...

That might not make sense, but check out Novus Spiritus and that should help explain it.

People all feel empty sometimes. It is probably because your a nurturing young woman, and you had better explore the dating for serious field. Marriage is the proper way to start a family, so don't be in any hurry to grab a guy. Be sure about this, you were brought up right, if that is what you want to fulfill your life. Good Luck!

Hell i feel the same feeling that u feel. Its as if ur doing well in life but u feel this nagging feeling deep inside. Trust me when u see a crap load of couples one day the feeling will be multiplied. This is what i think. I think u and i want to feel how its like to be wanted or loved by a completely other person of the other gender or want to talk someone who u love talking to. Sorry if i misunderstood.

Well I can tell you that I feel lke this quite often, Its the feeling of not being having someone special, the only way to fix this problem is either 1.) Find someone who is special, or 2.) Hang out with your friends alot and find other activites to occupy yourself with to keep your mind off it. But I would go with finding someone special.

I fell like that every day. It's like you are missing something inside and it is funny I have a 18 month old daughter and she should fulfill my life and in that aspect she does , but I am still lonely.

I feel empty a lot myself, even if I meet people. I guess you need a Boyfriend, a Boyfriend you feel warm and comfortable with.
