Wow, I don't know if there are any good immediate cures, but just try your best to imagine yourself on vacation, somewhere where you are stress free and you don't have any problems. Maybe take a long, soaking bath and listen to music or something. Maybe walking it off would help. Just take the night off. None of those are especially good remedies, but it's hard to deal with stress and anger immediately. The best thing to do is, if this happens often, head it off at the pass with therapy and maybe antidepressants if they're needed.

Dealing with stress and anger at same time? . . . Quiet yourself. Go within / inside yourself and be your own best friend and hug yourself within. If you saw another dear to you experiencing anger/stress moment you would reflect your care and 'heart hugs' to that person . . . do the same for yourself. If your tempted to so something 'wrong' you'd take yourself away from that temptation. The same here . . . remove yourself from that stress/anger emotion by going within yourself and being your own friend and "talking" / hugging / soothing yourself. Basically stepping back and taking a breath as others would refer to it. Go within and 'turn down the volume' of that stress/emotion. The emotion may not go away, but by 'turning down the volume' the emotion will lesson till it can be dealt with more fully.

nothing is automatic. You have to teach yourself ways of coping. Everyone experiences this stuff, they have either taught them selves or been taught ways of dealing with it. There are lots of resources on the Internet, just search for something like coping with anger/ stress. It takes time but you have to be willing to put forth the effort. and I know, easier said than done. Hope that helps.

belly breaths help...
breathe in deep through your nose and let your stomach expand out, then breathe all the air out through your mouth while pulling your stomach in as far as you can, like you're squeezing every last bit of air out of there.
trust me, if you do that for about 30 seconds you will feel a sense of calm rush over you.
