What is a place that will clean carpet or sell carpet and install for under $200 dollors. I need a good answer 2 weeks before Christmas??

What size is you carpet? How old is your carpet? what is your carpet made of? Go to discount store purchase steam cleaner for under $200. and clean it yourself. You will always have the cleaner. Or go rent a rug doctor and clean it about $50 . Or go to discount carpet sales purchase remnant of correct size and you do the labor. Any of those is cheaper and will take about a day of your time.
