They make pens that you can use on printed photos that will erase red-eye. I just want to know if I can buy it at Wal Mart or Kmart or if it has to be ordered from PhotoAlley.com or a similar online vendor.

I bought one in the photo section of Wal-Mart.

The only thing I didn't like about it, is after some months the ink bled and made the people look like the whites of their eyes were green.

Red Eye Pen

You can buy them at photo labs and retailers. Or you can order them online. Be aware, red eye pens only work on prints made with on machines using chemistry (silver halide) The pens will not work on inkjet or dye-sublimation prints.

If you're talking about manipulating digital photographs, you certainly don't need pens. You can repair red-eye using any decent digital photography software.

Huggies brand baby wipes unscented (the sensitive skin kind). Or vaseline, which is a lot messier.
