how do you get this guy to like you but he likes one of your friends? he acts like he doesn't even notice me.

It's possible that either he is not at all interested in you, or that he is VERY interested in you and doesn't know how to let his guard down. The best way to deal with this is to find out where you two stand AS FRIENDS. Talk alone with him and politely mention that he seems to give you the cold shoulder and ask if there's anything to it. Tell him you think he is a nice guy and you'd like to be friends. Don't start from the romance angle. If you can become close friends, you have a better chance at romance. But you definitely can't hop from being ignored to suddenly having a romance. ;)

be yourself and if he doesn't notice you then move on.. if he can't like you for you then he's not worth your time
