Aspirin, nasal spray-decongestant in a saline solution, baking soda, and Tylenol. Aspirin burns your stomach if you are susceptible (ulcers, upper Gastro problems etc.). Calcium carbonate just helps with bloating, gas, indigestion etc. As far as I can see the Tylenol is the most "dangerous" because of it's effect on the liver. Do Not drink alcohol while taking Tylenol. The nasal spray can cause a short term 'addiction' because of its ability to dilate the blood vessels in the sinus (nose) area. You can just stop using it and after a few days your sinuses will be back to more or less normal.

I can only speak to the effects of acetaminophen, as I've researched it. It is very hard on the liver, especially if taken with alcohol. A friend of mine developed cirrhosis of the liver because of the combination of alcohol and acetaminophen. It is, however, the choice of most physicians because it is easy on the stomach.

Although you didn't ask, I almost died from a bleeding ulcer due to taking too much aspirin throughout the years. We must be careful about moderation with everything, I think. I am sorry, but I cannot help you with the other meds. Take care.
