I need a website for my church group.
pics, message board, announcments those are pretty much all we need.
where can i go look for help on the steps (free)
or my friend said we could use things like myspace, msn group...
any suggestion website that has no ads on the site?

good news, there is a web hosting company that can provide pretty much what you need. I can tell you from my experience that getting the right tools to do it right is not very expensive. You can get the tools you need by subscribing to a web hosting company that as part of its service will give you the building tool you need to put your site together. I used MS Frontpage to do my site and my hosting plan gives me plenty of space and cost me about 75.00 per YEAR.

You're not going to find a free website without ads, you have to pay to have an ad free site. I'd suggest tripod.com, they have quite a few pop ups, but it's pretty easy to design a site with them. Not sure about adding a message board, but there is probably a free message board site somewhere.

Actually Yahoo has a great website builder. It's called GeoCities and you should be able to find it on the Yahoo home page.

you could make a myspace for your church

and mr. atheist who cares about your personal agenda
just answer the questionand stop hating everything you disagree with.

try http://www.register.com they have a site builder there and can register your domain name right away for moderately ok prices
