the best time to ask is when you both are really enjoying yourself and then just spur out the words....this is fun..wanna do this again? see how she reacts...see if she responds in a positive way?

If you guys have been hanging out for quite awhile and have gotten to know eachother ask her out what could it hurt? But if you havent hung out that much and gotten to know each other very well you need to back off and wait to get to know more about one another.

i think it is. if she agreed to hang out with you that means she likes to be in your presence. which says something. ask her when you 2 are alone if there are people around shell feel preshered.
