Here are a couple of options that can solve the issue.

1. Have plastic surgery and get fat injected to your buns!
2. Have plastic surgery and get silicon implants.
3. Get pad a panties
4. Or these bun lifter bands that you put around you thighs and they lift the buns
5. Wear tighter jeans
6.Last but not least realize that your body is perfect just the way it is!

There's a pair of padded stockings that make your butt look big my grandma has some!!! LOL but unfortunately I am so dead serious but you need at least a little booty!

The best way to get it into shape is to work out.. forget about surgeries and all, just workout .... I'd recomend callanetics.. check the videos on amazon.com.. they do work and best thing is, the workouts are non-impact.. so you don't really get tired! all you do is focus on the workout and you are done.
