uhhhh wow....give some eye contact and don't go over board with the flirting cause yeah some guys will think you put the "e" in easy. Laugh at what ever stupid joke they tell you or just laugh at things that they say that are suppose to be funny. Write letters to the one you like and he'll will catch on you like him and yeah you get the idea, right? That's what practically every girl does so I figure it will work and just try to be your self, aight.
Peace out mai and beast of luck!

Sometimes, if you wait too long for something to happen, it may be too late to say anything. Guys like for girls to be confident. If you like the guy a lot, I think you should tell him how you feel. He will admire your confidence and he'll definitely like the fact that you were straight forward about the way you feel. This way, you don't have to be too FLIRTY cause you've already captured his attention. The only task would be keeping it, and naturally, you can do that easily by being yourself. If you want something, don't be afraid to get it. If you're shy, eventually you'll end up getting tired of waiting and even worse, you might regret waiting too late to say something. Don't be afraid or ashamed to ask him. Write him a cute little note if you're too shy to ask him face to face. Sometimes we have to go against tradition to get what we want, or try to anyway.

Us guys are easily intimidated and discouraged by the whole "does she like me / does she know that I like her" routine. If you want to send the signal, you gotta find that right spot between subtle and bold. If you're too shy and subtle, we won't get it, and we might think that you're stuck up or flaky or something. Sorry, but guys DO NOT read signals very well; they've gotta be clear. (The oh-so famous very first episode of Seinfeld, "Signals, Jerry, signals!" It's actually like that!) But if you're too forward and aggressive, it's even worse. Guys will feel emasculated and jump to all kinds of wrong conclusions if the girl makes all the first moves and comes on too strong. "She's skanky / She must be some kind of liberal lesbian hippie chick / She must have issues / etc." Just be friendly and play it cool. A decent guy wants a girl who's a good friend and fun to be around. Not "easy," but easygoing.
