As soon as you can say your own name, although it's just cute then, little kids liking each other. I had a boyfriend in Kindergarten, but we just boxed, I lost!

I went on simple "friend" dates as young as 12/13. Nothing serious, I think there might have been a small kiss on the check but nothing else.
The first "real" date with a girl I really liked wasn't until I was 17. The first "real" steady girlfriend I had didn't really come until a few years later
There is no set rule when you start dating or having relationship, all I suggest is that you take things slow and easy, there is no rush

at least 15 or 16. that's the earliest. preteens from 11-14 should be out with their friends and going to the mall and hanging out. But it also depends on where and what kind of date. If it's serious yes, I'd stick with the 15 or 16.

I started dating when I was 18. It also depends on how your parents feel about also. Talk it over with them, the worst thing they can do is say no. :)

Probably about 15, without staying out very late. Older might be better, however.
