everytime i sit down,jump,run..etc,my cat stares at me.why?
it's kinda freaking me out!

a) your cat loves you
b) there is something about your face or hair that intrigues it - try to change your makeup or hairdo.
c) it's an unregistered animagi and has a crush on you.
d) the way you moves freaks him out, so perhaps you might try to be a little bit more calm when it's around.

what ever you do don't stare straight into your cats eyes as it will see you as challenging it and will spring at your face this is how cats get to be over other cats in a family you have probably seen a cat lying on its back with another cat standing over it this is domination the cat on its back has been put in its place by the dominant cat...

Cats are naturally curious. He just wants to play with you or see what you're doing. He's not trying to creep you out, he just wants to spend time with you.

you are being active and this interests the cat because of all the flurry or it just is trying to figure you out not to worry.

But really. I bet it's because when you make any sudden movements, it gets his or her attention, hence the staring. It's nothing to get freaked out about.
