They're always there.. and they're only tiny little things, but definitely noticeable. I rarely ever get face spots, nor do I get spots in any other places on my body. Has anyone else had something similar, or can anyone recommend any daily products to keep them at bay?

I think it's either acne or rosacea. You need to see a dermatologist because the treatment is totally different depending what it actually is.

It's most likely some sort of rash. Go to a dermatologist and have it checked out... you'll most likely get some topical creams to clear it up. OR it could also be an allergic reaction to your favorite cologne it that case stop using all colognes until you find out which one is doing it if any and you'd still need a topical cream to clear it up.Hope this helps.

I guess first of all you would have to find out what it is? Have you gone to the doctor? Try changing your laundry detergent and soap in the shower - you might be allergic to it.

Try an allergy medicine like benadryl.

If those don't work - go to the dermatologist.

i have them on my legs, and ive tried everything to get rid of them. i havent found anything that works, but as far little red spots on the chest are concerned, i heard that thats actually a disease of sorts, contracted by touching other people. thats just whati heard!

Well,,, first ????,,, do they look "internal" or "external"?
If they look like they are internal and smooth to the touch then it's lack of O2- Oxygen in your body. Are they always there? Are they deep red, or pinkish like regular acne would be?
If acne looking,, get what's called "Dermarest",, if it's the other looking like internally,,, I'd advise getting to your Dr.

Are they pimples? If so, you can treat them the same way you would treat pimples on your face. You can try putting moisturizer on after you shower. That will reduce the amount of oil your skin produces. Less oil = less pimples.
