I'm confused you were clean for 11 months then took one hit or you only took one hit and then were clean for 11 months? If you only took one hit and then were clean it would not show up in your urine but it would show up in your hair. If you were clean yhen took the hit it might well show up.

you being clean for nearly a year then go and possible screwing yourself up again? please get a backbone and say no or don't hang around people that influence you in that manner. stop being a follower. to answer the question, give yourself 25-30 days to be sure, they test for "cover-ups" now.

It only takes a couple weeks or so bro...11 months would be a no brainer...of course it wouldnt show up...unless they gave you a hair sample dna test which they definitely wont...it's just a urine test

This happened to me once. I never liked smoking marijuana but I smoked some once. Then almost a week later I had to take a drug test for a job. They took wiped a swab in my mouth, but the test was clean. I do not know aobut a urine test, but I think you should be okay.

If you truly only took one drag, the amount excreted at any one time in your urine will be so miniscule that it will not be detected by most standard drug tests.

they say weed stays in your system for 30 days I don't know go get a home drug test and check. word of wisdom--- Is getting high or risking pissing dirty really worth it? NOT!!

No. THC is stored in your fat however after 11 months you're gonna be fine.
