she is 7 years old ...maybe you could get her a toy or somethign ! like maybe some doll stuff !! like clothes for her doll or a tea set or somethign if tat comes cheap !
or else you could get her a cute llittle purse and put some chocolates into it !
for a sleep over you could maybe make a tent with some bed sheet indoors and tell stories to her with a torchlight .
keep lotta pop corn and candies handy !

well the age difference is huge ... i would say maybe watch a movie or have a "harry potter" marathon or a few disney movies ... the age & gender difference is hard ... she would be into girly things at this age .... maybe a puzzle ... or color in some books ... or find some cheap ideas for xmas ornaments :)

you guys can keep yourself busy with lots of things
rent a few movies
play board games
pop some popcorn
color or draw pictures
put a puzzle together
get on-line if your allowed and use www.noggin.com

Little kids love movies. I used to baby sit my little cousins and I would just pop in the little mermaid and they would get really happy!
