Hi everyone. My friend is from Pakistan and his passport shall be expiring in January. He lives in Minnesota. Guys, I was wondering if anyone knows the closest Pakistani embassy or consulate in the upper midwest area. Any help is appreciated.'

If you go to the World Fact Book (I.e. The CIA's view of the world!) and scroll down to 'Diplomatic representation in the US', they show both the main embassy and other consulates in the major cities.
If you contact the main embassy at the number given, they should be able to tell you which consulates can issue passports on surrender of the expired one. It may even be possible to do the whole thing by courier and save your friend the journey.

Search for the Pakistani embassy or embassy nearest Minnesota. Perhaps, you can find it in big cities like New York and Los Angeles for the renewal of the passport.

To renew his passport he should go through all the procedures set up by uscis. Go to www.uscis.com and there you will see all the procedures that you must go through along with the proper fees. If you want to go the easy way hire a good immigration attorney and they will do everything for you for about $500 plus the fee for the uscis.

Downtown Los Angeles across from Westlake Park. Ask any teenager where to renew and they will ask for $20 when they return with your product. You can also buy SS, Birth Cert., and a PhD or MD degree. I have my MD and am a brain surgeon at Millie's Hospital in Pasadena.
