I am one of the lucky ones who can say I dont really have any skin problems. But, this morning when I woke up I found that I have a big red spot on my forehead. Its tender and Im assuming within a day or two it will develop into a pimple but Im wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how I can get rid of it. Since my face is already pretty clear and its almost smack dab in the middle of my forehead it's really noticeable. I've heard of using toothpaste before but Ive also heard mixed reviews about if it works or not. And is it wise to use a foundation to cover it up or will that make it worse.

Any suggestions or advice would be really helpful, thanks a lot.

Foundation to cover it up will make it worst. Best advice is leave it alone and it will go away in a day or sooooo and visibility of it will lighten up when its not being touched

try using an over the counter method before you go to the old wives tales. they may work well for you since you havn't had a problem with pimples before. an astringent is good for the day and get a pimple cream for over night wear. try not to use too much make up on the actual blemish because it will clog the pore even more.

i dont know if u have heard of the magazine allure....but they proved that using toothpaste to get rid of a pimple does not work, it actually makes it worst i know that it drys out your skin and it takes away all the oils on your face.....but it make it worse.
