hi. i was just wonderin wat everyone thought of the idea of two people being in a relationship w/ different races. i don't understand wat 's wrong w/ taht.

nothing wrong at all.
I've only had one girlfriend.
lol she was south asian. I'm european.
there's nothing wrong with it. race is a falicy.
the whole concept of race is bunk.
you see, race is a system of world organization created by europeans in the 16th and 17th centuries in order to justify their brutal subjugation of the rest of the world, and thereby to glorify themseleves.
so there's nothing wrong with people of different "races" dating.
nor relegions or cultures. it's merely another chance to learn about the person, to draw closer togather.
besides, if you're all exactly alike, what would you two have to talk about eh?
the weather? that get's old after a while, M8.
love who you love
and don't be ashamed of it.
it's not the color of the skin that counts, it's the content of their character
neither race, nor relegion, nor color, nor creed, should prevent you from caring for somebody.

It is not wrong. But at the same time it is also important to be good to your parents. Check if this guy tolerant with different races. He may be O.K with you but he may not like your community and your kin. That is not good. Try to take parents with you and convince them of this guy, why you like him. I am sure it is more than physical looks right. If it only physical, let me tell you it wont last long. it is temporary. So in essence dont break long standing bonds for just physical pleasure.
My Two cents. BTW I and my wife are mixed race, but we are open to each other's families and everything is good and cool.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with that at all. I'm a black woman and my boyfriend is white, and it's been the best relationship we've both had so far. So don't let anyone tell you it's wrong. It's not.

I don't see anything wrong with it. I am Caucasian and my husband is African-American. We have a beautiful daughter so why is anything wrong with that. Don't let anyone else make your decision for you about this matter think what you know is right not what others tell you is right.
