I think you need to wait to date. 12 is way too young.

Well, that depends on where you live. I would suggest that you take her to the movies on a Saturday afternoon. Maybe if there is any type of carnival or fair in your area, take her there one afternoon. You are both too young to go out on an evening date. Maybe you could go to someplace for lunch or dinner with her and you parents consent. Also, do not try to impress her, don't go crazy and spend a lot of money. Just talk about things you may have in common.

first, 12 is like too young for a date. Just start a conversation and be friends( if you aren't friends ).. then when both of you get older ask her out.. that might work
