When you get to South Carolina, go to the DMV. You probably won't have to take a road test again but might have to take a written test. That depends on the state. If you have to take a test, they'll give you a book to study. Otherwise, they'll probably just check you vision, take your picture and have you pay $. Usually you have 30 days I think to change your license over when you move, so it's not a panic when you get there but you also don't want to forget about it.
