At the begging of the school year (end of August), this boy used to look at me. So, when I found out I stared back. When he found out I was looking back, he stoped. And then I stoped.
Now I see him looking at me again. Just FYI, I've never met this kid before.
What exactly does this mean? Why won't he talk to me?
I know one of you is going to say 'go talk to him', but I'm afraid that the convo would be very werd(ish) considering this staring-game has been going on for months and I know not one single thing about him or anything, really.

You should follow your own advice and talk to him. He definitely sounds like he likes you. If when you talk to him and it sounds like he does, ask him out. He sounds like he likes you a lot. You never know he could be the one.

Well the thing is most ppl will jump on the bandwagon and say go talk to him he may like u...yes thats one of the scenarios but he may be staring one behind or mayby he has some kind of staring disorders....u dont kno for sure until u actually ask him trust me the direct approach is always the best 1..but I can understand wut u mean by weirdish. u can't just go up 2 some random stranger and start talking 2 him...u have to take is subtly "accidently" take a seat next 2 him see how he reacts....then try to casually engage him in a convo about skool like a hard test or some unfair skool rule then after you've gotten 2 kno him a little better ask him y he was staring at u or mayby it was u tht was having some kind of hallucination u kno in a jokish sort of way so he doesnt feel threatned....hope this helps kudos =) -Kitty

Well,I want to say "go talk to him" but yoiu wrote that you knew thats what we would say so where does that leave us?Staring
of course.Look,this game could go on for a while until one of you SPEAKS so my advise is to speak to him (even at the risk it gets wierd).,Speak to him about staring.Talk about how you both have staring in common.You could say "so,do you stare here often?"
Oh, I know,have a staring contest!You know,where the first one that blinks loses!Give him a mirror and let him stare at himself a while.I'm out of ideas here.You must like him or you wouldn't of asked the question.Until one of you gets off your b#%t and talks,this game goes nowhere.

Well it's obvious he likes u, and probably the reason he won't talk to u is the same reason u won't talk to him, he's scared/nervous so he thinks it's easier to stare at u than talk to u, and it is cuz when u like someone it's kinda hard to talk to him/her but u just can't stop looking at him/her so yeah HE LIKES YOU!! if you're not sure if he likes u then ask around-ask his friends, have one your friends find out! just ask him why he's staring at you. or, if you dont want to do that, ask your friends if he knows him or the people he hangs out with. is he a really weird kid? is he freaky? or does he hang out with cool people?
