I have brunette hair and it's straight but sometimes curly.
I have also been trying a ton of shampoos+conditioners and nothing really works. And does 'Curl Instucter Mousse' work?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!! :}

Thank you! And have a Happy Thanksgiving Day!

First, take a shower or get your hair wet. Then, do not dry your hair. Take 2 strands of hair and braid them. Do this until your whole head is braided. Then, blow dry your haiir and take the braids out. It works every time.

No matter what the bottle says, a product DEFINES curls but does NOT create them!
To properly curl your hair, take a shower and use your product, doesn't really matter what kind though. When you get out, towel dry your hair (this gets all the excess water out but leaves the hair very damp) Now this is wear the fun part is, you have two ways to curl, the second will hold up better than the first.
You can heat your curling iron while dressing and toweling your hair. When it is hot and the hair is only slightly damp, get to curling, holding the hair around the barrel for at least 45 seconds. When you're done, add mousse and lightly spray with a flexible hair spray.
OR: When your hair is slightly damp, use REAL curlers. The best kind get pretty warm and the barrel is wrapped in a type of velvety cloth. They are gentle on your hair, but definitely get the job done. Leave them in for 15 to 30 minutes, or to make the curls really last, until the hair is dry. Then, mousse it and spray with flexible hair spray.

Here's what I do w/ mine.
Right after I wash my hair I let it dry for about 10 mins.
then I take the towel off it scrunch some mousse in it.
(the thickness of your hair depends on the amount u put.)
Then I let it air day for 10-15 mins. put more in it. and
when that's 1/2 way dry I get a blow drier and scrunch
as I'm blow drying my hair w/ the drier pointing down.
Then rub a lil bit of anti-frizz cream or gell btween your
hands and scrunch that. If your curls don't turn out like
you want them, you can touch them up with a small curling
iron. Then you're good 2 go.

You need to use a diffuser attachment on your blowdryer. Use L'Oreal Studio Line Springing Curls mousse on your damp hair. Scruch hair section by section from underneath. Use small round brush to frame curles around your face. Finish with hairspray.
You might consider getting a bodywave. They really are worth the $$$ for the long lasting look and convenience.

I would use the Curl Collection by Pantene. It worked really well when I kept my hair curly, especially since you say your hair already has a bit of curl. You could also do the wet braid method, for soft waves. I would use some mousse, any kind will do, and apply and scrunch. (Curling mousse are sometimey, if you know what I mean.) I hope I was of somehelp. You're welcome and Happy Thanksgiving to you too!

Take a shower, use mouse and hairspray NOT GEL especially if your hair is somehwat straight, this will make your hair stringy, use mousee on like more wet but not sopping hair. then blowdry instead of air dry cause if you blow its hot air and stays better.
your hair should be a little bit curlier than its normal!

I agree w/the respond approximately John Frieda Frizz Ease. ascertain your hair is particularly moist, comb out first...and prepare serum into your hands, rub them around and then run via the hair. Rearrange hair with comb and enable dry. in case you're able to desire to dry in the morning, then you definately could desire to apply a dryer on medium with the "diffuser" attachment, or you will frizz. Scrunch mutually as you dry on medium. do not brush it! it could artwork for you, and it particularly is what I used as quickly as I had a perm that went frizz-city. additionally, my stylist continually used imaginitive Genius gel on my hair formerly drying with the diffuser.
