does Illinois give special treatment to pregnant women who commit murder? I don't mean the meth users who can be charged with murder if their child dies or a woman who has killed her own children.... I mean a woman who is pregnant and goes into the streets and kills someone or who has killed their husband who was NOT abusing them in any way...

You go to jail and have your baby and its put into the foster system or given to a relitive to raise.

Think really hard of never getting to raise your child and where your child will end up.

If you feel like murdering your husband. I have been married 46 years and there has been a time or two I would have like to have killed mine. But I did not.

I don't think there is a special law. Just because a women is pregant it does not change her thought process, or does'nt know what she is doing. If she kills..she is charged like all others are.

any reason for this morbid question btw?
