OK, I am on the basketball team(off the bench). Like whenever I run too fast in a short period of time, I get exhausted easily and I start to feel sick. Like, I feel like I am going to throw up. I dont want this feeling. I want to play and play my heart out without feeling this way. Do you guys have any tips on how I can get better and not feel sick. Help would be appreciated. Thank You.

start doing short running drills. start with a short sprint but slowly. then get faster and faster and make ur distance longer. that way u wil build up ur abilities without exhausting urself or getting sick, hopefully.

I have the same problem, and it has really hepled me to take short jogs once a day and just work on steady breathing and everything. As you start feeling better, increase the amount of time you jog, but stop if you get that sick feeling. This should improve it, it worked for me, but everyone is different. Good luck!

There is a natural and healthy energy drink called ACT and it is only about one dollar per drink. It comes in easy to carry packets and you can mix it where ever you are at when you need it with bottle water or juice. This drink works in minutes and last for hours and it would help you tremendously

you sound to be a little out of shape. the only way to get over this feeling (unless you have some serious underlying illness) is to push through the pain. try jogging everyday to build up stamina. you will vomit a few times..but you have to get past that in order to run relatively pain free.

I think you should go to a doctor and talk it over with them to see whats going on. I had a similar problem and it turned out i was very low on iorn. i've been taking iorn supplements and eating iorn rich foods for a month now and im feeling much more energetic! try it out!

if you still live with your parents, tell them. if not, talk to your doctor. if your wheezing or it's just hard to breathe ask to check you for asthma. i have asthma and somtimes if i don't take my inhaler i feel as if i'll be sick.

good luck!
