You definitely do not need to lose weight. If anything, you need to gain some.

You sound about right to me. But you might want to get your body fat checked, since your weight is not the only measure of health. If you have very little muscle and a lot of fat, then you might want to lose 5 pounds and/or gain some muscle. But if you're very muscular then you could even be underweight by some standards. It depends.

i think the maximum u shud loose is 5lbs. but remember keep on excersicing.
