That depends on how much over weight you are, and what caused the weight loss.

This is too fast. You didn't gain the weight this quickly so please don't expect to lose those pounds at such a rapid pace. Once you've lost the weight your biggest challenge will be to maintain a healthy body throughout the rest of your life. Determine to eat wisely instead of resorting to temporary diets which can prove dangerous if you're not very careful.

Well according to the clinical dietitian that I see she said that you should never lose more then 3 pounds a week max. So that would only be about 12 pounds. Are you trying to lose the weight or did it just happen? You might want to just talk it over with your Dr and see what he/she thinks.

its prob not so healthy.you can lose that amount of weight in a month but because the change in lifestyle will be so drastic in such a short period of time (crash diet etc) your not likely to keep it off. you may gradually put the weight back on, and then some. its much healthier to change eating habits for the better slowly and in a way you can live with forever.

trust me its the only way i did it, lost 50 lbs and am able to keep it off without much effort anymore.i have a super healthy diet now and i love it!
