Pain after eating foods high in fat would have implications of gall bladder function (Gall bladder produces bile which breaks down fats) Not sure about the abnormality of bones...are you referring to osteoporosis? In any sense, this is something you should talk to your physician about...soon.

Wellll, any 78 year old of either gender WILL have bone loss and women more than men. That is how it works; when the estrogen goes the bone mass goes..then there are other factors like eating red meat, smoking, drinking soda...at he very least she should be taking a calcium pill and a multiple vitamin...there is something about gastric bypass...
I know rapid weight loss is known to cause gallstones and kidney stones..so the pain after a fatty meal should be no surprise and sounds like gall bladder but then again we are a bunch of Yahoos so a doctor iS necessary...

Anyone that had gastric bypass that eats something with high fat or sugar gets something called dumping syndrome, since the small intestine is bypassed the sugar gets dropped into the small intestine too quick and it causes pain and nausea and diarrhea - change your diet. You are also susceptible to osteoporosis due to calcium deficiencies, once again due to your small intestine being bypassed it can't absorb all the calcium from your food that you eat. Your surgeon should have warned you about all of this like mine did and prescribed plenty of supplements and vitamins from the time you had your surgery.

Take into consideration that this female is up in her years. The body continues to deteriorate with each passing year.
The abdomen pain is something she has to have a doctor look at as there could be problems arising from the surgery she had years ago. She could have a cyst or other problems in her abdomen.
The light abnormality of bones...she needs to have a bone density test done. She may have osteoporosis. Her bones may have become weak and brittle. This also puts her in the category of increase risk of broken bones.
Good Luck :-)

that is in a way a "lazy" thanks to free weight besides the undeniable fact that that is a confident thanks to shed pounds. If the dedication or the flexibility to eat a lot less and exercising isnt there, because it isn't for such a good number of people, gastric pass is a thanks to flow. because the guy is continually fit even as the further pounds are literally not there. i might want to propose the surgical procedure even although the probability factors are modern-day.
