I'm pretty much retarded when it comes to things like these...So please help me?
At the begging of the school year (end of August), this boy used to look at me. So, when I found out I stared back. When he found out I was looking back, he stoped. And then I stoped.
Now I see him looking at me again. Just FYI, I've never met this kid before.
What exactly does this mean? Why won't he talk to me?
I know one of you is going to say 'go talk to him', but I'm afraid that the convo would be very awkward cosidering this staring-game has been going on for months.

Yeah, he looks away as soon as I catch him.
Although, one he looked straight into my eyes.

Yep, he's shy. I am going to say that you should talk to him, but not in a way that will make it more uncomfortable. Just strike up a converation about school, or Christmas break coming up. Even if you have a pen and paper, pretend that you dont, and ask him if you can barrow it from him. I'm sure he is embarrassed that you stared back, because that means that you caught him starring at you first! Don't push it, be subtle, and start a meaningless conversation first.

Yeah, it sounds like he's shy. Does he look at you and then look away right when you look at him? That's a dead giveaway. Go ask him for something so you don't have to have a big convo yet and just see how he reacts.

my friend has been having the same problem... and no dont go talk to him.. well depends if you like him or not.. because if he is staring at you then that must mean he thinks your hot..or likes you... so he should come up to you... maybe next time you catch him staring at u just wave and say hey

Do something goofy in front of him and try to get a reaction. And if he laughs, try to strike up small talk with him. Use an ice breaker like that.

haha awww, he likes youu!! he iis shy, prolly petrified... if u dont wanna talk to him, then have one of ur friends ask if he likes u then give him ur sn nd talk online.. if he cant see u wen ur talkiing then it will be a lot less awkward. aand, if its not going well, u can just sign off : )

yeah he's shy. but you shouldnt be. if there's potentional for anything.. just slowly move in on him and start talking or whatever.. go at your own pace. he's looking at you probably becuase youre hot. just my guess. and if its been going on for months then he probably likes you.
