The name brand doesn't matter. Its what is inside the mattress that matters. I for one don't like spring beds. But there are many different kinds of coil systems, some good some just terrible. And sealy makes A1 mattresses down to low end...so just to say a sealy or a beautyrest isn't enough.
I myself like Viscoelastic (Memory Foam) mattress, and the same rule for these apply also. From great down to terrible performance wise.

Go by the coil count- each mattress has varying levels of quality. The more coils the better- I'm sure the worst Sealy is worse than the best Beautyrest and vice versa.

I have a Beautyrest and it is pure Heaven. Never slept better in my life. Mine also has the pillowtop mattress. There were different pillowtops to choose from. You should go to a mattress store and lay down on them to figure out which is best for you. But definitely the Beautyrest! :) Good luck!

i have the beautyrest and it is pure heaven. i also have chronic back pain and since i have had the beautyrest, i have slept thru the night and do not wake up every morning with all the pain and stiffness i had before i got my new mattress. also was on morphine for the pain along with generic vicodin 10-500. so i was pretty loopy. just to clarify about the vicodin==vicodin has the 10 mg of hydrocodone and 500 mg of acetaminophen.
my md was prescribing 200 tablets of each drug so i have never been in short supply o either drug.

the Coil is more inportant then the name brand I would also look for a individual rap spring coil
