there is a guy i like and i dont talk to him.. but i see him quite often around school.. he bumps into me.. his friend is always staring at me... does that he likes me or thinks im weird

Maybe he's interested in you, or his friends. Many reasons, and you may be attractive to them that they've been talking about you. Story goes differently in school and in adult life. Guys tend to be more shy in school (rushing and gushing of impenetrable hormones that shakes everything upside down) and they tend to act silly most of the time. Adults are more secure and in controlled of how they feel about things because as we enter early adulthood, our body and mind tend to change a lot and we mature faster than we think. So adult guys will certainly go straight to you if he likes you, there's no time wasting as he'll start with the basic of attraction, and the rest goes very steadily ahead very well. And certainly adult ladies will know as they are approached with obvious signs of likings like being asked out for a date, then kisses, romantic dinners and so on and forth. Adults are more certain in what they want, and school guys are like..may i say....experimenting? Perhaps he's really interested in you. You'll never know until you talk to him. Go ahead! Try saying hello next time you see them staring at you. My guess is his friend stares at you because he fancies you, or he stares cos he knows his friend has a thing for you. Say hi, and see how he reacts, then you'll have a better idea whether he likes you or not.
