I would put some condtioner on the ends, after cleaning, to kinda weigh the hair down a bit. Also, instead of using a flat iron, I'd use a ceramic blow dryer. You can bring it closer to the scalp without burning and it also adds healthy, not poofy volume and shine; I recomend the Revlon ceramic blowdryer (about $20-25, but well worth it) Make sure to also use some heat protectant for the rest of the hair.

I have the same problem!! This is what I do:
First of all, wash your hair at night, then put anti frizz serum/cream in it and let it dry overnight. Then when you wake up, put a tiny bit of anti frizz stuff all over it, then flat iron it SLOWLY layer by layer. Go over the ends with the iron a few times. Then put more anti frizz stuff and maybe some pomeade or mousse to keep it straight. Hopefully this will work!

Use Pantene anti-frizz serum...make sure you get some on the ends. Blow dry then use a CERAMIC flat iron. A ceramic flat iron will make a huge difference.

okay i would recommend sunsilk anti poof and the serum that is a follow up to the shampoo this is some amazing stuff and it should help. also if you want to get straigher hair use a metal iron for straighening and not a ceramic

You need to ask your hairdresser, they can give you some straightening serum and some defrizzer for your hair that you put on before you straighten it with your straightening iron. It will help a ton!

before you flat iron your hair use a blow-drier to straighten it out, i have the same type of hair as you, and that's what i do. Also, don't wash you hair everyday, and go over it with the blow-drier and striaghtner every morning.
