Well - sometimes extra squats and lunges can enlarge the thighs - initially fat will be burned off, but you build up muscle in it's place and they end up strong but big. Play it safe by running and swimming. Losing weight all around is much better than focusing on one area. If you have 30 minutes after work, go running in your neighborhood or do laps in the pool. Do weights for arms, crunches, and push ups. You will make an improvement all around - your body will be toned and thighs will shrink along with everything else. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water - eating healthily is most important. Before you start out, get a BMI ratio from the site below. If you're weight is underweight or normal, you don't NEED to work out but you should to keep your state of health. It doesn't hurt to tone those thighs, though!
Good Luck

I started a running program called Couch to 5K on www.coolrunning.com about 2 months ago and my thighs are noticeably smaller. Also, drink more water to reduce water weight. And exercises like lunges work really well to tone up the area. You won't gain bulky muscles like some people believe. It will make your legs look more toned and sexy.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

Any type of cardio exercise. The goal is to do 15 to 20 minute sessions (walking, cycling) that will lower your overall percent bodyfat.
