Do you think the Muslim population will pose a threat to national security once their numbers become many? Do you think they are coming in illigally over the borders? Or are most peace loving and come here legally?

They are like all the other Muslims here, they say one thing in public and then in their Mosques they say another, They are scared to say anything against the terrorists groups, how come they don't march in the streets with signs that say death to Al Queda, Hamas, and others, because they don't feel that way at all. And they don't have the guts.

This is a bad generalization. Most muslims I have talked to, whether they live here or not, like america. Don't confuse an entire group with the few extremists! No they do not pose a threat, you are only thinking of terrorists. Most muslims hate the extremists and what they have done, they do not consider the terrorists real muslims. The media only shows the bad people who claim to be muslims, and ignore the real muslims protesting against these extremists.

Please don't make generalizations that have no bearing on the facts. Not all Muslims who immigrate hate America. I know a lot of Muslims who have immigrated to the U.S., all of them legally. And I'm not sure what your definition of "too many" is, especially considering all of the Muslims I have met are peace loving people (Islam means "Peace" in Arabic).
Criticism will continue to be directed towards America as long as we continue to hold on to such ignorance as the questions posed above.

There has been conflict in the Arab nations for the past fifty years, so Arabs' have been fleeing the conflicts to live in a nation with a stable government and without armed conflict. These people have also fled to Europe, in the mid fifties it was predicted that Europe would become Muslum states.

Very few of them "hate America". That's like saying most Christians blow up abortion clinics. It's stereotyping an entire religion with billions of peaceful followers based on the actions of a very small minority of extremists. They have just as much right to be here as any other immigrant.

The number one problem in having an unprotected border is that we (the US) have NO IDEA who is coming across, or what agenda they have. This is why it is so frustrating to have to listen to accusations of "racism". Concern for national security is not a racial issue.

it's a wee bit of a love-hate situation! they say they hate everything about america, and yet it is doing a lot better than their own countries so they go there because they want a better life! a bit hypocritical if u ask moi! i dont get them all saying western woman are sluts and whores and western men are pigs and all the rest of it- if u dont lyk it- LEAVE! don't just stamp ur feet and blow things up lyk a spoilt brat! JEEZ! i mean every other religion has learnt to accept each other over the years...apart from maybe Protestants and Catholics in N.I. but still...don't try and change everything we stand for cos u dont lyk it! so THERE.

It'll pose threat, for sure. They come to earn lots of dollars to finance outfits that damage everything possible in America. For them to enter in America legally or otherwise, whether one likes it or not, doesn't matter to them.

I'm tired of reading whether Mexicans, Muslims, Cubans, Haitians, or any other race that is not to some peoples liking, get bashed for being a different color or because they are illegal. Maybe that's why every nationality out there hate Americans because they think they are better than anyone else. Nobody is perfect. And if comes down to that Americans are at the bottom of the deep end.

The ones in my area are mostly peace loving, but they are mostly doctors too. They are making a killing on this high retirement community.
