I am 5'10 and 150 pounds (I have a large frame) and I am a 17 y/o female. My daily diet is pretty crappy - breakfast is usually a bowl of cereal, a snack is a frappuccino and two candy bars, lunch is usually Panda Express chinese food, the next snack is usually a 99 cent bag of chips and eight to ten mini-slim-jims. Then, dinner is usually a large burrito or three slices of pizza or a fried chicken TV dinner. I've been eating this way (no dieting) for over two years straight. I'm not technically overweight, and I don't gain weight easily (no one in my family does). I'm just wondering - if I eat a bit healthier - not deprive myself - just cut back from 3000+ calories to a normal amount of 1800-2000 calories. What could my potential weight be if I ate like a normal human being?

you would probably lose weight for the first month or two and then it would even out in the next 3 months. you would probably lose 10-20lbs, if you exercise like walk for 30 min every day or 45min-1hr every other day too.

Cut out the starches, all sugar, those crappy snacks, you could hit 120 in a few months...but you must stay on this eating diet for life...start eating fraps and candy bars, pizzas nightly...here comes the weight, which comes back much faster than it comes off. I know, I've gone from 262 to 215 in 8 months; I have big bones, am 6'2", am fairly strong...but less activate than some...I swim laps, do push-ups and crunches, not much else...

I have lost 27 pounds in the last 42 days on a no diet weight loss plan. The plan is to not skip meals, eat or buy special foods, you just simply add this to your current life style. It is easy to use and only takes about 15 minutes a day.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

It sounds like your daily diet is in the pits. You would probably lose maybe 7-8 pounds. You would increase your chances if you add in daily exercises. A good way to lose weight is to jog or go running. An easier way would to just dance whenever you feel like it. You lose a good amount of calories even though you dont relize it! Good luck!

When boredom, depression, or even stress causes cravings, find a nonfood way to fulfill them such as enjoying a walk, calling a friend, going for a bath, reading a book, or even doing some yoga.
