i like this guy at school and he is pretty shy.
sometimes it seems as if he is looking at me and i think he likes me.but sometimes he doesnt even look at me speciallly if im next to him or near him. why does he do that.

Woah, he must be really shy. Give him encouraging smiles/body language. Introduce yourself and see how he reacts, it'll take some time/effort to get him to open up. Shy guys that like you usually look at you and then look away right when you look at them. They'll also get kind of nervous, so you have to be really open.

It sounds like he's just shy. Go over and make it easier for him. Start by telling him that you're shy - and that walking over to him was hard. He'll be able to relate immediately.

he's not going to look at you when you are near because it's easier to see when he's looking. he is shy so he's not going to overtly look at you. (personal experience) so just be friendly and talk to him. he'll open up.

...yah, he likes you...he gets shy when ur really close 2 him and thats why he doesnt look at you
