i am always the one telling my GF that i love her is there anything wrong with her i just want to find out

Then say "I love you ____, do you love me?" She might not even realize she doesn't say it.

If she's told you that she loves you once before, maybe she feels like you should already know how she feels about you and she probably feels like she shouldn't have to tell you over and over again. Either that, or she feels weird saying it because maybe that's not how she really feels. I think that you should have a talk with her about feelings. Ask her what she really feels and tell her how you feel afterward. Relationships are based mostly on trust, and since you've hit the "Love" stage, you should be able to trust that her feelings are true, otherwise, you don't have a relationship and you're only hurting your own feelings by dealing with it. Don't be afraid to tell her how you feel.

It sounds like she isn't as in to you are you are in to her. Back off of her for a while. Stop telling her you love her and don't be as available - give her a taste of her own medicine. If she doesn't respond and question what's up with your sudden coolness - she has most likely checked out and you should consider moving on to someone who will appreciate you as much as you appreciate them. maybe shes not saying it because she dosen't feel that way about you u don't want to rush things she might say it just to get you off her back and you don't want that. just because she dosen't say it dosen't mean that she dosen't like you. just keep the faith she'll say it one day some people fall in love faster then others.

maybe shes scared and doesnt know how to tell you. maybe she doesnt love you. just keep loving her.

maybe she doesn't or isn't ready for that yet just give her time if she does she will say it one day
