I would appreciate the most personal pages of falconers, and pages that have to do with the training and hunting techniques, although any info is good info. Thanks!

Found you some links that look promising .
Hope they help you out...........
1) Ohio Falconry Association
2) Welcome to The Falconry Information Clearinghouse
3) We hope that you enjoy birds of prey as much as we do. There are only a few thousand falconers in the United States. We are lucky enough to be two of them.
4) Roy Priest's Falconry Page

Good Luck

I don't know where your from but we offer falconry tuition for people wanting to hunt their own bird. I suggest you go on a good course rather than just go out and get a bird. Hands on experience is worth everything. Learning from a book is fine but on a course there will be someone experienced there with you to tell you if you are doing it right. Try and get hold of "training Birds of Prey" by Jemima Parry-Jones, you'll be able to find it on amazon or e-bay. It will be good for reference, my partner has been a professional falconer for about fourteen years and he still reads it from time to time.
