Teenagers: How do you know your mother loves you?

You know when your Mom always tells you to clean your room, and when she lets you stay home one day from school even though you are not really sick and she knows it. You know when she tucks you in at night and sings you a song when you were little.
And when your Mom tells you what you can and cannot do then you know your Mom loves you dearly.
Also when you think your Mom is being unfair, you know she loves you.
And when she won't let you run away from home you know she loves you. Or when you yell and scream at her or say I hate you and she forgives you, you know she loves you.

And when your Mom says "I love you"

That's when you know your Mom loves you.

I know because my Mom does everything for me, and stuff I don't even care for she does. I love my Mom dearly, she's my best friend in the world to me.

I know my mother loves me because she raised me and cared for me and my twin brother and older sister when my dad left. She's tried to teach us how to be the best we can be, and she's worked her fingers to the bone to make sure we're cared for. She supports my dreams, no matter how insane they are.

she fights for you. when you hated school so much that you got physically sick she stayed with you. when you feel ugly she tells you you're beautiful. she doesn't let you go out and do things you want to do because they're dangerous. she doesn't let people get over you. she watches 11 hrs of a drama with you. she listens to things you love for hours on end even if she doesn't like them. she teases you. she cooks and cleans everyday while having a job. she remembers the names of my favorite anime shows and characters though she can't stand it. she rubs your back when you can't sleep. when you wanted to die she didn't let you. she makes you feel like the most important girl in the world. she takes you shopping. she braids your hair. she holds me. she tells you she loves you.

well this just a few ways i know my mom loves me. I wish more people had a mom like mine I love her so much.

She relentlessly looks out for your better interests, all the while getting crap from the teenager she loves. She won't let you go to the parties you want to go to; she won't let you hang out with the cool kids until 4 am like you want to; she won't let you have extra $ to go out and blow on, well, blow, like you want to, she won't let you run away and never come back, like you want to; she won't tell you to f-off and die, like you want to; she won't abandon you when you tell her the same.

How do I know this? My mom did all these things for me.
