Jumping rope is fantastic!! I was jumping rope everyday for about 10-15 minutes a day and lost a lot of weight. If it's too much, do it in a circuit, like 3 min of jumping rope, 20 pushups, ect.
Drink of plenty of water to wash the fat away too.

you feel the need or your really need to? 10 pounds in 2 weeks is a lot. don't know how you can healthily lose that amount but by eating healthy and exercising you can lose 1- 2 pounds a week

Pilate's and yoga works like a charm! Also running too. Its a good cardio workout, which as you know is best in weight loss.
And try to watch your sugars and fat intakes. Eat wholesome foods and lots of fruits and veggies. Mostly veggies cause some fruit contain a lot of sugar. Good luck!
