It means the same thing that it would mean if a guy asked you out and you didn't say anything. It would mean your not really into him right? Same thing with you,.

Well heres something you can do...walk up to him and be like whats up whats your answer I need to know so I can be prepared. I did that and the guys said yes..he just hadnt seen me all day. ;)

It might meen no, but he might just be thinking about it. This has happened to me before and and it was because he liked 2 girls but we ended up dating and we still are so good luck!
