damm i had the same problem, but i just ignored him, until he got the point, and i didnt even have to be mean....

don't be a b*tch but be FIRM. if u let him down "easy", he will think he still has a chance.
if he bugs u to the point of being mean, i guess u have to do it. but yeah, don't ever let him think he still has a chance... say u don't like him that way, and that u need some time away from him because u feel he has different feelings than u do. good luck~

Tell him you don't want a boyfriend. Or tell him your parents don't allow you to have a boyfriend. He'll get over it.

well don't be mean its rude and just say that you arent intrested in being his girlfriend and that you rather be his friend .
