You have a toy breed puppy. A 7 month old cannot be expected to be potty trained, especially not a 7 month old toy dog.
Bring them to the vet to ensure that there isn't something medical going on. You'd be surprised how often this is the culprit. And if your vet feels they are old enough, have them fixed. Then,
Start everything over with them with the potty training. DO NOT punish them. This will cause them to be scared of the punisher, not the action. This includes yelling, hitting, swatting, spanking, rubbing their nose in potty, kicking, screaming, and all other violent forms of punishment.
If you catch them in the act, a firm "NO" is all that's needed to tell them they are being bad.
If they only pee in your BR, then don't allow them in the bedroom. Or
Be sure they are going potty before bed. Clean the 'potty' area well and cover it with something that they won't step on or pee on. Or, put a piece of plywood down in that spot with a doggie litter box or puppy pad there. Once they get used to it, start to move it to a better location for you.
If these are litter mates, then training them is going to be VERY hard. Most people recommend against getting sibilings as they tend to become a pack with each other and not the humans. This can lead to behavioural problems much like this one. Either way, get them to a puppy training class ASAP.
If you are afraid that you are going to "hurt" them, then you need to give the dogs back to the breeder. If you didn't use a reputable breeder, then the dogs need to go to pug rescue. DO NOT leave them in this situation, for the safety of all of you who are involved.
Edit in response to 'additional details' - Pregnant women can't be around feline litter boxes - not canine.
If you are losing (not loosing) your temper, something has to change. You are angry enough that you came onto a non-dog specific website to vent about the problems with your dogs and to specifically say that you are on the edge of being violent towards them. This needs to be addressed, for the sake of the dogs and for your own sake. This is not normal behaviour, pregnant or not.
Once you give birth are you going to be showing these pugs? If not, and they were not bought from a reputable breeder as show quality dogs, then they should not be bred. If you are planning on breeding them, then I assume you are a member of a national and local pug club - contact them about the issues you are having as they have probably worked with dozens of similar dogs. If they aren't breeding quality, as judged by an AKC showing professional, have them fixed, take them to training, and restart them with potty training. If they are peeing in your bedroom, then obviously they are not 100% housebroken. I've linked below to the Pug Club of America - their code of ethics and their breeder tips.
And yes, hitting your dog as punishment is going to hurt them. Again, they learn to fear you, not the act. Dogs do not need to be hit or spanked or swatted as it does not 'punish' them for the act, rather they are punished for getting caught. Anyone who spanks dogs should certainly not be breeding them.
Good luck in all this.

"From: prego
Subject: The Pugs
Message: Stalker 1st of all They are registered AKC Pugs and they have show quality but I wont be showing them. As for fixing.... totality out of the question. 2nd I do not abuse the dogs Taping them on the bottom is not abuse. I dont need to join a Pug club to work out my problems. I asked a question on this site because like the title says Yahoo Answers......Duh Do I really need to go to a Pug site for someone to answer the question? No any normal person that is just living day to day with any pets will do.... thanks for your ADVICE!!! but i wont be taking it because it is outragous. You turned a simple answer into a long heated discussion that just wasted our time. Thanks but NO Thanks sincerely Prego's husband, The one that dont give a F*%# for your answers... "
Prego & her equally ethically challenged husband: you have been reported to Yahoo for violating their policies. And yes, you are an abusive, tempertanrum prone, backyard breeder. Poor dogs. Better call pug rescue now to let them know that you are breeding more dogs to be dumped. A RESPONSIBLE, ETHICAL, REPUTABLE breeder is ALREADY a member of her local and her national club and uses THEM for advice, not a bunch of barely literate moronic strangers on a non-dog website. I keep forgetting that all these BYBs are BETTER than the AKC. A snotty backyard breeder *MUST* know more than they do. Shame on you.

I have two pugs that did the same thing for a long while. I tried everything and could not get them to stop. Everyone was telling me to get rid of the smell so they wouldn't do it again and make sure that I discipline them when I caught them doing it. Common sense, right? Well, I tried a million products to get rid of the odor. The one that I found actually worked is Nature's Miracle. I sprayed that EVERYWHERE they went potty (they had multiple spots). Then I bought the Nature's Miracle potty training pads and put them in a certain spot I would be ok with if they did go potty. That seemed to do the trick. They rarely ever spitefully pee anymore.

Get all the dogs neutered or spayed this is the first thing I would do. You need to clean the urine up so no smell is there as they will keep going to this location if the smell is not gotten rid of. There are several products on the market that will neutralize the smell. Put a baby gate up at the bed room door to keep the dogs out and get them each theri own createand creat train them

First congratulations, second, it sounds like the pugs are jealous maybe you should try spoiling them and showing just as much affection to them as you do to alexis. I don't really know what to tell you, i dont know dogs that well, but it does seem like they are jealous, hope this helps a bit!!

Oxi clean works to clean.
But as for your dogs, it sounds like they're jealous. It might take a while for them to get used to Alexis, but that's just their way of throwing a tantrum.
Be careful when you have your baby. there might be A LOT more jealousy, possibly from all three dogs. It might be best to keep them outside (if you have a fenced in back yard).
