Everytime I wake up in the mornings...I feel light and skinny and look skinny but in the afternoon....I feel normal and fat. I'm a really really skinny person but am I seeing this right?
Am I just bloating or something or am I just actually gaining weight? I know I know....I hate it too when people say they're getting fat...but I'm confused ^_^
How do I feel and look skinner?

You gain weight throught out the day, it happens to be too. That's why people tell you when you are weighing yourself to do it as soon as you get up in the morning. It makes sense if you think about it because through out the day you eat and drink and your body doens't process food as fast as you eat it (by that i mean anyone's body)

Exercise, work out; even if only by doing pilates/yoga or some sit-ups, butterfly kicks and around the house stretches (etc). I know it's cliche and everything... but you will feel a different and the more you do that, the more you'll feel great.
I do the same, and typically it's because I go from not eating to eating something and it changes (also depends on what you eat). Eating a lighter breakfast and fruits and healthy foods will make you feel better.
I don't think you're actually gaining weight. I just think it's what you're eating and possibly being inactive. I only think that because after months... I investigated and watched the way I ate and acted and I'm a pretty skinny person and that was my problem.

I think it's just a perception. You could, if you wanted to clarify things for yourself, hop on a scale but this could deal a blow to your confidence if you have actually gained weight. It could be bloating as well, which might lead to not only the appearance of weight gain but a couple extra pounds sometimes. You can feel and look skinnier by exercising, if only a little. It gets the adrenaline pumping and releases endorphins that make you feel happier (kinda like eating chocolate, but without the side effects LOL) Tread softly though. This is the time of year when EVERYONE ususally gains weight from gorging at the back to back holiday celebrations. Just don't eat more than you can stand at Thanksgiving. The bird is the one that should be stuffed, not us.

It is because u have done a lot during the day and u feel tired and u don't look at yourself the same way. Many people think they r fat but it is just their mind playing tricks on them.Eat as much as u want on Thanksgiving but be sure that u lose the fat by exercising and eating the right food instead of leftovers.Don't worry, any boy will like u 4 who u r and so should u.Stop thinking u r fat.Your mind will grow 2 thinking that u r fat and u will become very self-conscience!! *_*

i am also very skinny, and during the day after eating i do feel a little fat too. but you have to understand that your not. also from your view like looking down at your stomach. just keep telling your self that your skinny, and if you really feel fat during the day , which its normal, then excersice, dont starve yourself!!! be careful!!

My stomach is flatter in the morning than in the evening. Think about it, you go 8 or so hours without eating or drinking (during the night), so your stomach is empty, that's why you feel skinnier. I do the same, and then after I eat lunch and stuff, well it's gone, lol.

It is possible that you are bloating during the day....Is your job the type you sit in a chair all day and if it is thats one possiblity. Second is your eating habits. If your eating lots of junky foods throughtout the day and not drinking enough water, you will bloat.
