and i need some easy no equpment needed ab and love handles word outs that will burn that flabby jelly belly fat gut away i two months!!!
i can hold my gut and it is about 1in. thick and i have it!!

Use simple exercises like crunches or sit ups. You cna't really target areas, but general weight lose should clear up your problem. Drink water instead of juice or soda, the average glass of juice has about 100 calories minimum! Watch your caloric intake, eat more veggies and cut down on protein in meat form. You want a high protein diet, but it should come from plants as they don't have fat dripping off of them and you'll need the protein for energy. Calories turn into fat if not used by the body, it's a survival mechanism meant to supply surplus energy. it's hard to fight against evolution, but you can do it if work hard at it. Don't expect to see changes right away.

Losing weight does not take expensive programs or diets. In fact those just provide temporary lose, and fad diets make your body want to eat more after. If you starve yourself it won't work, your body will compensate. That is why exercise and rgadual diet change works best. If you are too strict your body will fight back, and it will be harder. Having that slice of cake once and a while, for instance, is no problem if for the rest of the time you're eatting healthy. It helps self control and those lifestyle changes should stick with you.
