Well my boyfriend is 18. And I am 16. we were together for nine month's. I broke up with him because he cheated on my with a 13yr. old at a party. Now he calls wanting to get back with me. With what do i do? help

dont take him back, if he cheated on you once he will do it again, you are much better off with him....

13 year old? That's child molestation in more ways than one. Stay away! You could be in for a long hard fall. At 18, he's considered an adult. In my home state, 16 is the legal age. But, the surrounding states have theirs set at 18. Personally, I'd find some way to let the 13 year old's parents know what has happened. It may or may not have been consenual. Even if it was, it's still wrong and illegal. Plus, if he will go after one 13 year old, what's to stop him from going after another or one even younger.

Kick him to the curve... once a cheater ALWAYS a cheater. Make yourself respected and show him that you can do better. Just for the record.. the dude can get in trouble for "relating" with a 13yr old... So someone like him ain't worth a pick-me up, move on and show him that if you care for someone you shouldn't go fooling around on them!

He seems like a sick individual wanting to date some one that is that young any way. I mean he is practically an adult and he cheated on you with a girl that just entered her teenage years I believe you deserve better, so I would suggest letting him go!
