well for starters you need to eat more than just when you come home from school. starving ones self does not cause you to lose weight... it causes the body to go into starvation mode and slows down the metabolism. it is important to eat breakfast. actually healthy people tend to eat six small meals a day and example would be a bowl of healthy cereal for breakfast with low fat milk, piece of fruit for a snack, lunch maybe say low fat yogurt and an apple, then a snack of veggies, then dinner maybe a tuna sandwich made with out mayo or butter on whole grain low fat bread with a side of veggies, and then for a later snack a healthy granola bar... something along those lines figure in probably a few more calories than what i listed... just make sure you are getting the right amount of calories. probably about 1400-2000 depending on your activity level. you can find out how many calories are in any given food by looking at the side of it or for fruit and veggies you can look up on line. remember to consider portion size. also cut out any soda, juice or other sugar based drinks. also remember the food pyramid suggests that most of our food comes from veggies/fruit and whole grains. you really need to exercise too not just to lose weight just to be healthy. exercise does not need to be really hard it could be a brisk 20 min walk everyday with a friend after school. maybe you could talk to your school nurse or the school health teacher about healthy eating habits and how they effect your body.

Start walking and keep walking. Don't take the car or bus anywhere. It means always leaving earlier but if you try it for a month you will see a difference. When in slightly better shape replace walking with jogging then running for much faster results. It will take a bit of time (don't eyeball the mirror or step on the scale for the 1st month then check every 2 weeks) but you won't need to do anything else.

Canadian Commando's (our equivalent of your special forces) use running alone to get and stay in shape. They run everywhere.
