you to pldc / wlc? i work at a control tower with minimum manning of personel, and my first seargent wont send me to wlc until we get more trainees. this sucks, because i cant get promoted without it. can anyone help?

you know how the military is. i would check with the or about manning and see how many slots are still open and if they have any inbounds coming to fill them. if you know anyone that works assigments at mpf they might be able to hook you up.
i would just talk to my first shirt about it and tell him the truth. if he's not an *** then maybe he would understand. i don't know however if you can get a waiver to go before a promotion board? i worked in the orderly room for 4 years and never heard of anyone doing that before? you know how it is though, start at the lowest level and work your way up. sorry to hear about the situation, that sucks! you must be stationed in san antonio? good luck!
