I don't understand, is she in prison, or does she live in the next state? some parents, shouldn't of ever been parents, you can only do so much, the bible says honor your mom, and dad, after that you've done enough

Wow. That's mean.
I've watched a number of sitcoms that include this same situation.
All you need is a "Fresh Prince" type character to sit you both down and discuss it, while making not-so-funny jokes with an annoying laugh track.

I don't get it, are you wanting her to listen to why you're angry? Have all the emails and poems been angry? She might care she might just be ignoring you . Or she might not really care. I'm not sure what you are saying here. Need more details. Are you two arguing about something? Are you trying to get your point across?

What is it that you've tried to make her aware of?
Whatever it is, unless a person wants to change her way of life, she's not going to do it, no matter what other people say.
Love her for the way she is and not for the way you want her to be. If she doesn't want to change for herself, there's nothing you can do about it.
Accept her and remember that it's her decision to live the way she wants, no matter how much her behavior is detrimental to her.

never give up
if it is really important to you, never give up. eventually, she will say something to you. it might not be what you want to hear, but she has to say something.
and it seems to be important to you, otherwise you wouldn't have "sent her emails, screamed, called her stupid, wrote poems" or asked a bunch of people on the internet what you should do (think about it!)
Stay Strong!

Tell her to try Chantix. She needs prescription for this. Once a day pill. It works like a charm. No need to talk.

And why do you do that? I mean if you have something against her then try to talk to her. Don't waste time saying those things to your own mom. Is that really going to help you? I don't think so Hopes it helps :)

You should never give up on your mother. Talk to her. Ask her what's up. She might not understand. Don't yell at her she might feel threatened. Just let her know how you feel.

Maybe learning how to use Capital letters and full stops might help.

Study "The Little Prince" -- book, movie, whatever. (It's on the internet.) Study "the rose" (your mom) and also, how to catch a fox (your mom). You can do it!
