I don't know. Maybe not cause I'm a Christian and I really don't care. But can I pick on you for that picture?

Core Vlad , did you pick your nose ? you could have picked a better one than that . What is it with you and Christians ? hardly any one is a practising Christian any more , (3% in Britain ) . I get the feeling that you are a secret admirer of a faith that promises eternal life through the sacrifice of JC . If you reject it ,fine , there must be loads of people on here who reject all kinds of views of others but don't make such a song and dance over it .
Why don't you turn your attention to polluters , terrorists , drivers who use mobiles and then kill Innocent people by their negligence, feral kids making life a misery for the rest of society , smokers clogging up their arteries and hospital wards , fat cats who exploit people for profit , criminals of one kind or another . I'm sure you of all people could find a few more groups to pick on , go on , give it a try , you might get a following .

Not at all! If Christians were "picked on" more than they are, it would begin to week out the pretenders. During times of great persecution, to even say you were a Christian meant death! In America today, the worst that happens is that some sitcom pokes fun at your belief. Wait until it becomes a death sentence to be known as a Christian. Then we'll know who the real believers are.

God Bless,

Sue

what type of question is that? why would you want to pick on anyone? I think people who are ignorant are those who feel as though they need to make fun of or ridicule those who are not the same as them. Christians are the first of all religions to accept Jesus into their lives without seeing his miracles. Now do what you want, but know at the end, no matter what religion you believe in, your time will come when you have to stand infront of a higher power and prove that the life you lived was not in vain.

If you are talking about in comparison with Christians picking on non-believers, then yes, I think they are not picked on enough. Christians on Y!A always claim that we are persecuting them for their religious beliefs. Maybe so, but this is the Internet--the capital of anonymity. In the real world if we made fun of Christians or even admitted to being non-believers, we would be bashed with bibles. I'm in high school, and I've had preacher's kids to approach me, "informing" me that hell awaits.

Oh, damn. I feel a non-Christian cliche coming on...

"It's your Hell. You burn in it." Weeeee...

as a christian who is rarely or ever picked on I would say we certainly are not. I myself would enjoy being the subject of ridicule at least as much as the jews are. Throw the christian down the well just doesnt flow though. How about a good negative term for christians? Crappy Christians? Christian Cocksuckers? Just thinking.

To be honest they ask to be picked on. Anyone who lives in this day and age and who lives their life based on a 2000 year old badly translated book and who believes in a supernatural being leaves themselves wide open to ridicule. People who beleive in 'the force' are taken more seriouslly. Its the way they expect some ethereal deity to solve all their problems for them if they pray enough. bloody pathetic.

Real Christians get picked on.

All a Christian has to do is tell people what the Bible says and they will be persecuted for it. That was Jesus' promise. It is evidence of the world's unprovoked hatred for God. The world hates being told the truth.

Do you know what I say to that? WHATEVER. gosh, get over yourself. It's Thanksgiving week, does that mean anything to you? Get out of your comfort zone and go help out somewhere, even if it's just pushing a broom or taking out the trash, think of someone else for a change. Show some gratitude! :)

I suppose it is our turn - as long as the Jews get left alone for a while (they have been picked on for ever - have a decade off).

At least we can turn the other cheek and I have four (two like getting slapped - lol)
