like ask you to be his girlfriend and kiss you and take care of you. like a real boy should cuz i like this boy at school and i think he likes me but i dont know. but i really more then do like him.

Wow! Everyone is giving you all this big time life advice...which is cool but you sound young, high school? Younger? . Most of what everybody is saying is right but i think you're just asking how to get a boys attention right?
He's probably just shy, most young boys are. Say hello to him.
Give him a chance to talk to you. By saying hello, next time he'll know it's ok to walk up and start a conversation with you.
Maybe ask him something, borrow a pen or pencil or something... if he likes you he'll start talking to you.

First of all boys don't take care of girls their hormonal they want sex. If you tell him you will give him some he will like you only for a moment. Find someone that likes you for you and that comes on to you first.

You shouldn't have to make a boy like you. You should be able to be yourself and him like you and if he doesn't like you for that then he doesn't deserve you. Just talk to him and be yourself around him and then if he don't like you then move on and don't mess with him.
